Coffee & Tea Mugs -- Better Living Through Design
State your preference with these mugs.
Some say coffee and tea should not be served in the same mug. Some folks only drink coffee and their partners only tea. However you want to use them, our mug set uses early 20th century type and complementary colors to create a salt and pepper type set. Comes inside an 11oz kraft box. Both mug and box designed by John Caserta. Mugs screened by Maslen, Inc. in Pawtucket. Boxes made for The Design Office by Custom Corrugated and screenprinted by Tarvis Graphics in Pawtucket. This is a fundraiser project. All profits fund group projects and future products.$14.00 or $25.00 for set

swissmiss | Oh, you wonderful paper cup, you!
“Suzanne just walked into our studio with this wonderful paper cup in her hands. It had me jump off my chair and snap photos. Oh, Bonita Diner, could you please open up a branch here in D.U.M.B.O so that I can walk around with these awesome typographic paper cups as well? (Or I’d be happy to design a similarly beautiful cup for any of the delis or cafes in the area!)
UPDATE: Cup was designed by Derick Holt. “

HALF PINT™
HALF PINT™ the mini carton creamer
Got cream? Half Pint is an artfully blown and molded glass creamer that captures the comforting familiarity of a mini milk carton, just like the ones Mrs. Fontaine used to pass out in the school cafeteria. Simple, elegant, whimsical – it’s a gem de la crme. Individual gift boxes.

Buy Wilkins Coffee or Else
Ah, the old days. Yes, muppets are so cute aren’t they? Check out these old outrageous muppets advertisements that basically say, drink Wilkins Coffee, or else! Here is a series of 8 second commercials that show one muppet threatening the other to acts of extreme cartoon violence that would never be allowed to air in today’s world.

Posada La Sacristia
“In an idyllic corner of Spain, about as far removed from the concrete skyscrapers of the Costa del Sol as you can imagine, lies this endearing Posada. Tarifa, just west of Gibraltar is an old port city, the closest in Europe to Morocco. Not far away is a National Park with beautiful wild, windy beaches and sharp, rugged hills. This small guesthouse-like accommodation is situated in the centre of the city. From here you can take the ferry to Ceuta, the Spanish African enclave or straight to Morocco. Alternatively you can walk round the ancient fortress town or be in Kite-Surfing beach paradise in 20 minutes. The posada also offers a spa ‘wellness’ programme, boutique accessories and a good restaurant.”
